How far in advance should I order?
Custom cakes should be ordered at least 2-4 weeks in advance. Popular dates book quickly!
Is a deposit required?
Yes. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date.
Do you offer rush orders?
Rush orders may be available depending on availability and may include a rush fee.
Can you recreate a cake I saw online?
We can use inspiration photos but create an original design—no exact replicas, but we can get as close as possible!
What flavors and fillings do you offer?
We offer a variety of cake flavors, fillings, and frostings. Custom flavor requests may be available.

Do you offer allergy-friendly cakes?

Do you use fondant?
Fondant may be used for certain designs, but we also offer buttercream-only options.
Do you offer delivery?
Please advise ahead of time. Most times and dates, we have delivery available, but it is not guaranteed. Delivery charges are $3/mile or a $15 minimum from address on the site.
What happens if my cake is damaged after pickup?
Once the cake leaves our care, we are not responsible for damage caused by handling, weather, or transportation.
How many people will my cake feed?
Serving sizes are based on standard party slices. We’ll help you choose the right size.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Zelle, Apple Pay, Cash App, Venmo, and Cash.
What is your cancellation policy?
Deposits are non-refundable if cancellation is made by the customer. Cancellations within a certain timeframe may still require full payment.
Will my cake be ok outside?
Florida heat + cake = drama.
While our cakes are made to be delicious and beautiful, they are not fans of the Florida sun. Heat and humidity can cause cakes and frosting to soften, slide, or melt faster than expected. For best results, keep your cake indoors and chilled until party time. Trust us—your cake wants to stay cool so it can look cute and taste amazing!

We recommend booking at least 2-3 weeks in advance. Larger or themed setups may require more notice.
Can you match my party theme or colors?
Absolutely! We love bringing your vision to life—colors, themes, and vibes included.
Can I send inspiration photos?
Yes! Inspiration photos are encouraged, but final designs are always customized and unique. Good inspiration pics to send: invitations, decor, or pics of decor you love!
Do you provide full table setups?
Yes! We offer complete party styling including backdrops, dessert tables (with treats), props, and balloon décor.
How long do balloon garlands/arches last?
Balloon décor can last several days indoors when properly cared for. Outdoor setups depend on weather conditions.
Do you offer grab-and-go balloon garlands?
Yes! Grab-and-go garlands are pre-made and perfect for easy pickup and self-install.
Are balloons reusable?
Balloon décor is not reusable, but many clients enjoy them for days after the party.
Do you offer delivery and setup?
Yes! Delivery and professional setup are available for (sometimes) an additional fee.
Do you break down the décor after the event?
Breakdown services are included in your price, and are only offered if using equipment/frames/platters (etc) from Sissy’s Sweets.
What if my event is outdoors?
Outdoor setups are weather-permitting. Extreme heat, wind, or rain may affect balloons.

Pricing is based on setup size, design complexity, rentals, and travel distance.

Deposits are non-refundable as materials are purchased specifically for your event.
