Kathryn did a great job—my son had a specific vision and she met his expectations! The cake was also delicious!

I ordered a custom cake for a very special milestone birthday, and Kathryn absolutely exceeded every expectation! The cake was a total showstopper. The purple ombre rosette piping was stunning, and the delicate pearl accents added such a sophisticated touch. When we brought it out, the entire room literally gasped in awe. It was the perfect centerpiece for the celebration and looked as beautiful as it tasted. We chose the lemon cake with raspberry jam filling, and it was heavenly. Texture: Incredibly moist and light. Taste: The lemon was bright and fresh, perfectly complemented by the tartness of the raspberry. Balance: It was just right—flavorful and rich without being overly sweet. If you are looking for a baker who can combine high-end artistry with delicious, high-quality flavors, I cannot recommend Simply Sweets by Kathryn enough! She truly helped make this birthday unforgettable.

I found your beautiful creations on Facebook and wanted to get mine!! The process of ordering was easy and felt like you genuinely cared. I had no expectations but you still exceeded them. I stress that you made this experience easy because it was stressful putting on my daughters 1st birthday party. The cake itself was delicious and the strawberry preserves really added a refreshing aspect to the cake. The frosting was not overly sweet like some can be. The smash cake was so fun even thought my daughter fell asleep and we had to do a couple days later. I will absolutely utilize your baking talents for future events.

Highly, highly recommend! I put in an order for my best friend’s baby shower and submitted a picture of the balloon arch that we purchased to make sure the colors matched and they were SPOT ON! Guests from the baby shower are still asking me where I got these treats from and are still raving about how delicious they were. Thank you and will definitely be ordering again soon!

I was faced with the task of getting a cake for a Taylor Swift-themed baby shower. I scoured social media trying to find local bakers and came across Kaitlyn’s work. With an inspiration photo and some general instructions about colors and decorations, Kaitlyn executed my vision perfectly. The mom-to-be and all shower guests were so impressed with not only how beautiful the cake was but how amazing it tasted!

5 stars for sure!! Working with Kathryn was so easy! She was willing to discuss options even when I only knew partially what I wanted. She sent ideas and helped me through the process. Then this beautiful packed box of goodness arrived at my doorstep. The cupcakes were beautiful and tasted even better! I highly recommend the vanilla cake with almond frosting. 😋 Thank you Kathryn!! I ordered a cake for my daughter’s 8th bday party. I gave Kathryn a theme and she nailed it!! Cakes that look this good on the outside don’t always taste good but this cake was moist and so delicious!!

I ordered some red velvet cake pops for my Daughter’s birthday, and some spice cake pops along with some chocolate dipped pretzel rods for Thanksgiving. The first thing I noticed when receiving my order was the BEAUTIFUL PRESENTATION!! The items I ordered were packaged so meticulously!! Each item was wrapped separately in a beautiful plastic wrap and bow, then all items of the same type were boxed separately with colorful tissue on the bottom, and a big beautiful bow tying the box closed, each looked like a beautiful present!! And, had a thank you note from Kathryn!!! It all felt so special!! But none if that compared to the flavors!!! Those spice cake pops were absolutely the best cake pops I’ve EVER HAD!!! Moist, flavorful and so beautifully decorated with fine frosting and sprinkles!! I was EXTREMELY IMPRESSED with every step of this ordering process and am fully expecting to continue to use Kathryn for future baking needs!! She is awesome!!
