Ordering Process: To place an order you can either go to our website, call, text, email, or message us on Facebook. Please know we are a home bakery and we have to bake in our own kitchen. Due to this we require a 3 day notice before any event or date you need your order. This gives us the time to prepare the ingredients and our space for your order. If you would like to order a cake, we require a 7 day notice beforehand! Cakes tend to take more preparation and time. We require these time frames to ensure that the product you are receiving is of the best quality! We require a 30% deposit on any order more than $50 or any cakes. The deposit goes towards your price. [Example: Your cake is priced to be $80, you would need to pay 30% ($24) upfront and your total upon delivery/pickup would be $56.] If you need to make any changes after ordering, please let us know as soon as possible. Changes cannot be made within 24 hours of the set pickup/drop off time. Payment Information: To ensure your security, you can pay for your order using our website no matter how you ordered. Your information is secure and protected by Bakesy. On our end we cannot see any information other than your name, phone number, and/or email based on what information you have given us. We cannot see any other personal information such as your address, card information, etc. We can only see your address if you choose delivery when that service becomes available. We take most credit and debit cards or cash (be sure to have exact change, we do not carry cash). We do not accept checks. Payment needed Pickup Process: We prefer to do public meet ups to ensure our safety and yours! Delivery Process: If you’d like to utilize our delivery service, please be sure to let us know when you place your order. We charge a $1 per mile delivery fee. This fee will be added to your total at the time you place your order. Shipping Process: We currently do not offer shipping at this time. Please check back periodically as this is subject to change. Under the Alabama Cottage Food Law, we are permitted to ship our baked goods to anyone in the state of Alabama. We are prohibited to ship to any other state. If you are out of state and would like to order, you would unfortunately have to travel to us! Refund Policy: If something is wrong with your order, you have 24 hours to let us know. If we had a part in your issue, we vow to do our best to resolve it. We have a no refund policy.
