We offer local delivery, optional gift wrap, and handwritten notes to make your gift even more personal.
Important Notes for Our Customers
Thank you for supporting our small business. Please note the following policies to help us serve you best:
~Please allow at least five days' notice for all orders. We will try to accommodate short notice orders when possible. Orders will be prepared when full payment is received
All sales are final.
~Delivery is at the discretion of Simply Sweet & Sour. A delivery fee may apply based on distance.
~If an order is placed and paid for but not picked up—despite attempts to contact you via phone or text—the payment will be non-refundable.
~Timeliness matters! A $20 late fee will be applied if you arrive 15 minutes or more past your scheduled time.
~If we cancel an order due to illness or other unforeseen circumstances, payment will be fully refunded.
