Effective 12/23/2023 A copy of this policy letter will be attached to your invoice. When you pay your deposit I will assume you read and agree to all policies. o All cake orders must be placed no later than 7 days before pickup. o Pickup day and time will be established at the time of ordering. o Pickup is located at the Certified gas station located at 1093 Frank Rd Columbus, OH 43223. o A deposit of 50% of the final total will be due at the time of ordering or no later than 7 days before the day of pickup. If your deposit is not made 7 days before pickup your order will be canceled. o The balance must be paid in full at the time of pickup. o If your cake is being delivered, your final balance is due 24 hours before the time of pickup. o If you have any discrepancies with your cake, you have 24 hours to return the cake in full for a full refund. o Once the cake leaves my hands, I am not responsible for any damage. o Deposit is only refundable if canceled 5 days prior to pickup/delivery. If you cancel 4 or fewer days, your deposit is nonrefundable. If I have to cancel for any reason your deposit or any paid balance will be fully refunded. o Inspiration photos are encouraged but will not be exactly replicated. If you have specific things from the inspirations photos that you don’t want changed, please add a note on the order request form or message me directly.
