Do you offer custom orders?
Yes! We love creating custom designs for cakes, cookies, and other treats.
What information do I need to provide when placing a custom order?
For custom orders, it's helpful to provide details such as the date needed, number of servings, desired flavor(s), design ideas (photos are welcome!), any specific themes, and any dietary restrictions or allergies.
What are your lead times for orders?
Our standard lead time is 2 weeks for most orders. Custom cakes and large orders may require 3 weeks notice. Rush orders may be possible depending on availability, with an additional fee. Please inquire.
Can I place a last-minute order?
While we recommend placing orders with sufficient notice, please contact us to inquire about last-minute availability. We'll do our best to accommodate you if possible.
Do you have a minimum order quantity?
Yes, we have a minimum order of 1 dozen for cookies, cupcakes, cake pops, crispy treats, and dipped pretzels. There is no minimum for whole cakes.
Can I order a sample before placing a large order?
Sample options may be available for certain items, especially for large events. Please contact us to discuss your needs and any potential sampling fees.
Are your products made in a nut-free/gluten-free/allergy-free kitchen?
While we take precautions to minimize cross-contamination, our kitchen handles common allergens such as wheat, gluten, dairy, eggs, and nuts. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that our products are completely free from these allergens. Please inform us of any allergies when placing your order so we can take extra care, but we advise customers with severe allergies to exercise caution.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We currently accept Venmo, CashApp, Apple Pay, PayPal, Zelle, and cash/check.
When is payment due?
For all orders, a 50% deposit is due within 48 hours of your order being placed. Final payment is due one week before pickup/delivery.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations for all orders are accepted up to 1 week before the scheduled pickup/delivery date. Cancellations made after this time may not be eligible for a refund. Cancellations made within 3 days of the event may be subject to additional charges.
Do you offer refunds?
We take great pride in the quality of our baked goods. Refunds are typically only considered for significant errors in your order or if the product is damaged due to our handling. Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order with photos and details of the issue.
Where is your pickup location?
Our pickup location is at my home in Oak Creek, WI. Address will be provided upon ordering.

Do you offer delivery in Milwaukee?
Yes, we offer delivery. Our delivery fee is $0.50 per mile.

What happens if I'm not home during the scheduled delivery time?
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive the delivery at the agreed-upon time. If no one is available, we will attempt to contact you. Depending on the circumstances, we may need to return the order to our location, and a redelivery fee may apply.
