1. General Term By placing an order with Simply Sweet Bakery, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms may be updated from time to time, so please review them regularly. 2. Orders - All orders must be placed at least 48 hours in advance of the desired delivery or pickup date. - Orders are not considered final until a confirmation email or message is received from Simply Sweet Bakery. - We accept orders via email, phone, or online through our website. - Custom orders are subject to availability and may incur additional charges depending on complexity and design. 3. Payment - A 50% deposit is required for custom orders over $100, and the balance is due upon delivery or pickup. - Payments can be made via, Cash App, Venmo, PayPal, or cash at the time of pickup. - If a payment is not received by the due date, your order may be canceled. 4. Cancellations and Refunds - Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery or pickup date for a full refund. - Custom order cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event will not be refunded. - In the event of a bakery error, we will provide a full refund or replacement based on the circumstances. 5. Delivery and Pickup - Delivery is available within a 20-mile radius of Simply Sweet Bakery. Anything beyond 20 miles will acquire a $5 fee per extra mile - Pickup is available at our bakery located at 177 Kennedy Ln, Pink Hill, NC 28572. - Please ensure someone is available to receive the order at the agreed-upon time. If there is no one available to accept the order, an additional delivery fee of $10 will apply for redelivery. 6. Allergens - All baked goods are made in a facility that processes nuts, dairy, eggs, gluten, and other common allergens. - We are unable to guarantee a completely allergen-free environment. - If you have any allergies or dietary restrictions, please inform us when placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate special requests but cannot ensure the complete absence of allergens. 7. Storage and Shelf Life - Baked goods should be consumed within 3 days of purchase for optimal freshness. - Storage instructions will be provided with each order to maintain the quality of the items. - Simply Sweet Bakery is not responsible for any loss of quality after the product has been delivered or picked up. 8. Liability - Simply Sweet Bakery is not responsible for any damage to baked goods caused during delivery, storage, or after the product is in the customer's possession. - The customer assumes all responsibility for the proper handling and consumption of our products once they are delivered or picked up. 9. Product Availability - All items are subject to availability. If any items are out of stock, we will inform you and offer alternatives. - We reserve the right to substitute ingredients based on availability, but we will notify you of any significant changes to your order. 10. Photos and Social Media - By ordering from Simply Sweet Bakery, you grant us permission to use photos of your order for promotional purposes, including on our website and social media platforms, unless otherwise requested. - If you prefer not to have your order shared, please inform us at the time of order placement. 11. Privacy Policy* - Simply Sweet Bakery respects your privacy. We do not share your personal information with third parties without your consent, except as necessary to complete your order. - Personal information provided for order processing is stored securely and used only for the purpose of fulfilling your order.
