1. Introduction By placing an order with Simply Sweet Bakery, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These policies are designed to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for both the customer and the baker. 2. Ordering & Custom Requests All orders must be placed at least one week in advance. Rush orders may be accepted based on availability and will incur a $10 rush fee. Custom orders are welcomed, and customers should provide as many details as possible. However, the final design will reflect the bakery’s unique decorating style. 3. Payment & Deposits A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your order. The remaining balance must be paid in full before pickup or delivery. 4. Cancellations & Refunds Cancellations made less than 72 hours before pickup are non-refundable. Once an order has been picked up or delivered, no refunds or exchanges will be given. 5. Pickups & Deliveries Pickup Location: 177 Kennedy Ln, Pink Hill, NC 28572, at an agreed-upon time. Customers should notify the bakery if they are running late. Delivery: Available within a 20-mile radius with an additional fee per extra mile. Additional charges may apply for longer distances. Once an order leaves the bakery’s possession, Simply Sweet Bakery is not responsible for any damages. Customers should transport cakes and cupcakes carefully. 6. Liability & Responsibility Simply Sweet Bakery is not responsible for: Any damage that occurs after the order has been picked up or delivered. Allergic reactions or dietary sensitivities. Customers should inquire about ingredients if they have dietary concerns. Customer satisfaction if design expectations were not clearly communicated at the time of order placement. 7. Agreement By placing an order with Simply Sweet Bakery, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
