About
Hello, I’m Amanda. I've been baking since I was knee high to a grasshopper. My mother and grandmother introduced me to their love of baking and bringing joy to friends and family through food.
I am completely self taught, but that doesn't hold me back from trying new baking and decorating techniques.
Creating one-of-a-kind cakes is my passion. Adding cake pops, cookies, petit fours and dipped pretzels to your dessert table will take your event to the next level. Also, hand-painted banners are perfect for any celebration!

Capabilities & Pricing
The smallest individual cake is 6” round. However, Simply Sweet offers 4” cakes up to 14” cakes.
All cupcakes, cake pops, dipped pretzels & cookies are sold by the dozen per flavor. Only cakes & jumbo cupcakes can have a filling added.

Policies
Pick Up or Delivery
Simply Sweet is located in Hoover, Alabama. All orders may be picked up at The Preserve neighborhood on Preserve PKWY, 35226 at agreed upon day and time or delivered with an additional fee. The fee is based on the proximity of your location from Simply Sweet and our availability on the day of the celebration.
Policies
To hold a date all orders must be secured with a 50% retainer. All orders must be paid in full 48 hours prior to pick up/delivery date.
