How far in advanced do I need to request my order?
All orders must be placed at least 14 days ahead of the due date. Orders requested less than 14 days in advance are subject to a rush fee and are not garunteed to be accepted.
Do you deliver?
Yes, within a 20 mile radius for an extra fee.
Delivery fees:
0-10 miles = $5
10-20 miles = $10
How do I get a quote?
To receive a quote, simply use the "order now" button on the home page. You will be asked details about your order, including the number of cookies, design ideas, and event date. I’ll provide you with a price based on complexity and quantity.
What is your minimum order?
The minimum order is one dozen cookies per design/theme. Cookies may only be ordered by the dozen. For larger events or special requests, feel free to reach out to discuss options.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations must be made at least 14 days before your scheduled pickup or delivery date for a full refund. Orders canceled after that will forfeit the deposit.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Venmo, Cash App, PayPal, Zelle and cash. We can also text you a link to pay by card upon request (via Zettle).
Do you offer custom designs?
Yes! I specialize in custom sugar cookie designs. You can share your theme, colors, or inspiration photos, and I will create cookies tailored to your needs.
How should I store my cookies?
Cookies can be stored at room temperature in an airtight container for up to 5 days. If you need to store them for longer, they can be frozen and thawed when ready to eat.
