This is my personal beginner Sourdough Classic Artisan Bread recipe that I have mastered and tweaked over my years as a sourdough baker . This is the same recipe we learn and use in all my classes. The Low hydration makes the dough easy to handle to help you gain confidence. Once you gain confidence with this recipe, you'll be well on your way to enjoying homemade sourdough recipes such as sourdough pizza crust, sourdough bagels and pretzels and so much more!
Learning how to make sourdough bread is a journey. Expect to bake a few loaves to get a feel for the dough as well as the other factors that will affect the final result.

This is without a doubt your new go to chocolate chip cookie recipe. Yes, there's an extra step to brown the butter BUT I promise it's worth it. They have a rich flavor , (thanks to the browned butter ) are soft on the inside but chewy on the outside.
