Welcome to Simply Sourdough! My name is Erin and I specialize in delicious artisan sourdough, simply made.

Due to the complexity and timing of making an artisan sourdough loaf, please note the following:

🍞💰🍞 SATURDAY BREAD ORDERS: Payment is due by Wednesday at 8pm

🍞💰🍞 SUNDAY BREAD ORDERS: Payment is due by Thursday at 8pm

🍰 SCONES: Payment is due 24 hours in advance.

🍞HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER🍞

1️⃣ Hit ‘Request Order’

2️⃣ Add items to your cart

3️⃣ Select the day you want to pickup

4️⃣ Enter your contact information

5️⃣ Add any special notes, like “loaf style bread” if you prefer that over a round loaf.

6️⃣ Make payment using one of the methods listed *before* hitting “Agree to Pay”

7️⃣ Hit ‘Agree to Pay’

***Once you place your order, I’ll verify payment and confirm your order. I’ll message you the morning of your pickup day with a timeframe to pick up. Weather permitting it’ll be porch pickup. Thank you so much!***

❗️Please note that orders are only held for 24 hours after agreed pickup time. After that, they will be donated with no refund and won’t be re-made at no charge. This is to protect my time, as well as the freshness of my products. I appreciate your understanding❗️

I found my love for baking artisan sourdough in the fall of 2023 when a friend gave me some sourdough starter and I haven’t stopped baking since. I opened my micro bakery in fall of 2024. I’m a mom to 3 teenagers, I work full time for the County health department, and love to bake!

Due to being a working mom, I have limited orders available on weekends. I’ll do my best to keep my calendar availability up to date.

I will be switching to a Porch Pickup method, weather permitting, where I have pickups read on my porch during a specific timeframe. Usually 2-4pm on the day of pickup.
