Policies
•Orders discussed are not considered confirmed until an invoice has been sent and payment received. •FULL payment is due on ALL orders 48 hours after invoice is sent. •ALL Custom and Special Orders please allow 2 week advance. •Any major changes to your order less than 7 days before the required delivery/pick up date may incur a fee of $40 for reworking of design and/or loss of work already completed on the order such as special ingredients, cupcake toppers, etc. Email us with any questions!
