1. Any pictures that you send for an order is used for design inspiration only. Every cookie, cake pop and cake ball is a piece of edible artwork. To respect other Sugar Artists, and to make sure orders that I take reflect my branding, I do not copy exact work. It is impossible for another person to make the exact same cookies or cake pops. I will however, design the order in the colors and idea of your theme. 2. Orders are confirmed and entered into the calendar upon approval a retainer is required within 48hours. The remaining balance is due 72 hours prior to the event. Feel free to reach out to me if you are having difficulty making the payment. 3. Failure to make your final payment on time will result in your order being canceled. Your retainer fee will 𝗻𝗼𝘁 be refunded and will 𝗻𝗼𝘁 be transferable to a different date. •Cancellations for a full refund are allowed up to 30 days before scheduled delivery. Cancellations 14-29 days before delivery will receive a 50% refund. No refunds 7 days before scheduled delivery. 4. All sales are final. Do not leave cake pops/cake balls or cookies in the car while you run into the store. Cookies are fragile and it is important to handle them with care. Do not display at your event any baked goods in direct sunlight. They will melt in extreme heat. 6. Orders not picked up on the agreed upon date and time, will be held for 24 hours. It will then be posted for resale. No refunds or credit will be given. 7.Allergen warning: although we do our best to keep any allergy free orders separate, our products are made in a home kitchen and may come into cross-contamination to common allergies to dairy eggs, nuts, gluten and wheat products 8.
