Decades back, as a mom with young children, being diagnosed with Celiac Sprue was devastating - at first. Slowly, with many failures along the way, I learned how to make foods and sweets that everyone enjoys! I enjoy being challenged to produce a gluten free dessert that is as delicious as the same item made with wheat. My favorite moments are when people who can eat gluten don’t even know the difference when eating my creations!

I make many items that never get featured because I tend to forget about taking pictures! I make pies, cakes, cookies, cupcakes, sweet breads, and more. If you want something, and I’ve not made it, I am confident I can figure it out! Let’s talk! I keep my prices fair and reasonable!
