Payment Due You pay, I’ll bake! 50% Deposit is required up front so that I can source your cute cutters, spectacular sprinkles, fabulous food colours and the perfect packaging. Your payment will reserve your pick-up date too! The rest of your payment is due 1 day before pick up. You will not receive your order till everything is paid for. No show = No cookies Your cookies are best enjoyed fresh. Not showing up to the agreed upon pick-up time, forfeits your order. But take heart, they will be donated to a family in need. Need to reschedule your pick-up? No problem! Please reach out 1 days prior to your pickup time. Refunds I can offer refunds up to 24 hours after the deposit has been accepted. Unfortunately, after that time, I cannot offer refunds as your order has likely already in the works. I take time to pick items that will work to make your order amazing. But the good news – you get the yummy goods! Delivery Clause All orders are pick-up only. Delivery can be an option if you have ordered for a large event or wedding. Additional fee will be added! I love a good drive bonus if that drive is past a McAlisters ! (Tea is life!). Pick-up Dates and Times Delivery and pick up times are set upon ordering. This is because other customers need their fix too! Change Cutoff Decisions are tough! But we’re here to help. Order changes can be made until 7 days before pickup date. After that, all change requests will be under consideration and a small convenience fee will apply. Inspiration Thanks tons for bringing those inspo pictures! They are just that – inspiring. But your cookies, or cakes may not be perfect replicas – i’ll try to keep it close to the theme. I do not work with fondant but if given enough time, a good friend of mine makes so amazing flowers and figures. There is a separate fee for those items and will be discussed if needed. Covid Care We know that you can’t control when you have come in contact with a person who has Covid, and we want to work with you. Need to reschedule your event? We can push your order out 2 weeks. In a hurry? While I can’t accommodate all last minute orders, I will make my best effort to. Orders placed with a turnaround time of under 5 days will require a rush fee of $10.00- $20.00 depending on orders. Price Adjustments All prices are subject to change. Prices are often dictated by ingredients costs. I’m always trying to provide the best tasting cookies, cakes, and treats to my clients. This also means that I can’t honour old pricing (because the grocery store won’t honour their old flour prices – darn it). Product Photography Say Cheese!! We create replicas of client orders to photograph these pretty sweet lookin’ sweets. If you do not want your cookies, cakes, or treats in the spotlight, please let me know at the time you place your order. Secrets are safe with me. Pictures are worth a thousand words But they are not always accurate. Colours and lighting in photos may be slightly different than what you may end up with. Also, cookies, cakes, and treats in photos may not be true to size! (which is a bummer, I’d frankly love to eat an 8.5x11 inch cookie!!) Eenie Meenie Order Minimums (that didn’t rhyme – I’m a baker not a poet). I require a minimum of 1 dozen cupcakes, cookies, or treats ! Need fewer? Once you pick-up your order (thanks again, by the way), what happens to your cookies, cupcakes, cakes, pies, treats, and car doors (I hate door dings) is all on you! Keep ‘em safe, keep ‘em cool, and keep ‘em away from the parking lot cart returns. Ship Shape! As much as I would love to hand deliver each and every yummy treat, unfortunately, the cost to ship has me sitting in a rain barrel saying “buh buh buh buh” (think Goldie Hawn in Overboard) if you want to sell your mom, dad, or child to have some sugar, no judgement! No Ghosts (I’m easily spooked). To get your order juuust right, I’ll need you to reply to my messages within 3 hours – otherwise, I may just have to wing it (I’m good at wingin’ it – just ask my eyeliner). Questions for me? Please give me about 2 hours to reply – I’m usually covered in dough or powdered sugar! (I could never work for a drug cartel… I’d be swimmin’ with the fishes! Powder is always EVERYWHERE!) Achoo! Allergies? Baked goods are often made with foods that can be known allergens. While I can do my best to accommodate I can’t always accommodate allergy-conscious orders. Please do reach out – I may have a perfect referral for ya! Cottage Food Laws This order has been made in a home kitchen not inspected by the Board of Health. Our kitchen is not nut free, egg free, dairy free, gluten free. Boring disclaimer, but we have to say it per the law. *tips cowboy hat* *straightens Sheriff pin* In Sickness and in Health While death will never do us part, you’re consuming food and with the consumption of anything (including that bottle of wine last night) there are inherent risks. Choking hazards, food illnesses, and allergic reactions are possibilities – albeit hopefully far reaching. Weather Clause If pickup is impossible due to inclement weather, your order will be packaged for a later pickup date. Unfortunately, no refunds can be offered due to weather (darn rain), but we will make sure your order is kept as fresh as possible! Refunds While we want you to love our cookies, cakes, cupcakes, and treats if you are not satisfied with your order, please reach out in a timely manner, preferably evening of or day after. Each case will be handled to the best of my ability. Full refunds will not be given. Bulk Order? Due to the custom work required for each item I are unable to extend discounts regardless of quantity. If you have a specific budget you are working with, feel free to let me know in advance and i’ll do my best to offer you a solution that fits your budget. Pay means Yay!
