Simone’s Sweet Shop is a home bakery specializing in custom cakes and desserts for birthdays, weddings, and special events. We pride ourselves on quality ingredients, beautiful designs, and unforgettable flavor.
My Story:
Hi, I’m Kennedy, the baker behind Simone’s Sweet Shop!
I’m 21 years old, and I’ve been baking since I was about 8 years old. What started as something I did just for fun in the kitchen quickly became a true passion. I’ve always loved creating desserts that not only taste amazing but also bring people together.
After graduating high school in 2023, I decided to take my love for baking seriously and turn it into a business. Simone’s Sweet Shop was born from that leap of faith, and I’ve been so grateful for the journey ever since.
Every cake, cookie, and treat is made with care, creativity, and a whole lot of love.
Policies
Pick Up Info
If you placed an order for pick up, and your date and exact time were agreed upon, please stick to your pick up time!
We have a 15min grace period
If you exceed the 15min grace period, you will be charged an extra $10 late fee, as it messes up pick ups for other orders.
When picking up, PLEASE REMAIN IN YOUR CAR, DO NOT COME TO THE DOOR!
We will bring the order out directly to your car.
Be sure that the remainder of your order is paid upon arrival.

~ Customization Details
Please provide complete and specific customization notes when placing your order, including colors, wording, correct spelling of names, dates, themes, inspiration, and allergy information.
All items are created exactly as written in the order notes. Simone’s Sweet Shop is not responsible for missing or incorrect details. Changes requested after checkout are not guaranteed and may require an additional fee.
~Refund Policy
Due to the custom nature of our desserts, all sales are final and refunds are not provided once an order is placed. Refunds or remakes will not be issued for errors caused by incorrect or incomplete information submitted by the customer. If an issue occurs that is the direct fault of Simone’s Sweet Shop, please contact us within 24 hours of pickup so we can review and make it right at our discretion.
~Every cake box is tagged with direct cake care instructions. Please follow those instructions while handling your cake!
~Pickup Policy
Orders must be picked up during the scheduled pickup window agreed upon at checkout.
Please arrive on time, as we may be preparing other orders. Late pickups may result in a late fee or require rescheduling based on availability. We do offer a 15 minute grace period.
~Simone’s Sweet Shop is not responsible for damage to desserts once they leave our possession. Proper care instructions will be provided at pickup.
