- [ ] Minimum orders are $50 - [ ] 50% non refundable deposit is due within 48 hrs of receiving an invoice -[] The remainder of the payment is due a week prior to your event. If your event is canceled or changed you will receive a credit towards another order. - [ ] Lead time for an order is minimum of 7 days. Our items are “made to order” so that you receive the freshest desserts you can get. If you need an order for a Saturday you have to order the Saturday before not Wednesday or Thursday - [ ] We reserve the right to say no to an order - [ ] We will not copy other people’s work. Inspirational pictures are just that- inspiring - [ ] We will not accept cash payments. We offer several ways to pay. - [ ] If you are paying via credit card you will be charged 3.9% extra to cover what we are charged on the back end - [ ] If you set a pickup time and are late or forget you will be charged a late fee of $5 for each hour we have to wait. ( if you communicate with us prior the fee will be waived) We will not call you to remind you so please add your pickup time into your calendar. - [ ] Delivery is available for orders over $250. - [ ] There is no discount if you order over a certain amount. Our pricing is calculated with our time, ingredients and profit to continue building the business. We want everyone to enjoy what we offer so if you have a budget please let us know and we will work with you !! Specials and giveaways will be our way to offer more discounts in the future. - [ ] Once the product leaves our hands it’s not our responsibility. We do our best to make sure the items can withstand being out on display and explaining how to care for them but we cannot fight gravity or the weather or your driving 😂 We will begin providing clear handling instructions on each box.
