Thank you for considering shotcake wasted! I am a home based self taught baker servicing Philadelphia & Delco PA.
I only work with BUTTERCREAM for all cakes/cupcakes.
Deposits are to be paid upon receiving the invoice. All orders with unpaid deposits will result in a canceled order after 24hrs. Orders may be canceled before 24 hours if the date becomes unavailable; paying the deposit immediately is highly recommended.
Capabilities & Pricing
Orders $100 and under require full payment. All other orders require a 50% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit.
Last minute orders require full payment regardless of the price NO EXCEPTIONS.
Typical turn around time for custom cakes/ treats 2-3 weeks
Typical turn around time for all other menu items are 5-7 days
Policies
Pick up hours
Pick up hours are between 10am-7pm I will reach out 1-2 days before the order is due to confirm a pick up time. There will be a 30 min grace period and after that pick up may need to be rescheduled. Please not communication is key when running late.
