Shortcakery Bakery was born from the heart of Breyanni—an unstoppable woman, devoted wife, and self-taught home baker. Her journey began in her kitchen, during some of life’s toughest battles, including a cancer diagnosis that tested her strength but never dimmed her light.

What started as therapy through baking quickly became a passion—and then a purpose. Inspired by her grandmother, lovingly nicknamed Shortcake, and driven by her desire to spread joy and comfort, Breyanni created a bakery that’s as warm, vibrant, and bold as her story.

Shortcakery Bakery is more than just desserts—it’s a reminder that sweetness can grow even in the hardest seasons.

There is a $25 order minimum.

For large orders, a 50% deposit is due at time of booking. Final payment due a week before order is to be fulfilled. Date will not be booked until deposit is paid.
