To place an order go through the menu and select something you would like to purchase. Once you have selected something, you will get the option to go through and add more items to your order. Please make sure to read the descriptions on all the items!
How far ahead do I need to place my order?
Most items require at least a 24 hour notice. Party orders may require more notice. Some items can are kept on hand for same-day pick up. If you are looking to pick up same day or would like to request a party order, please send us a message on Facebook! @ShoogaMamas
I would like to pick up my order same day, but your availability doesn’t show that as an option. What should I do?
If you are looking to place an order for same-day pick up, you can either request the order for the next available business day and add in your order comments that you are requesting same-day pick up and we will reach out to you through your provided contact information, text or email or you can reach out to us through Facebook @ShoogaMamas 😊
Do you offer delivery?
We do offer delivery! Delivery can be added to any order for a small fee dependent on your location, starting at $5.
I live more than 25 minutes away from you, will you still deliver?
We are willing to deliver within an hour from Lansing, however, there will be a delivery fee that applies. Fee varies depending on location, starting at $20 for 25 minutes out.
I live over 25 minutes away and I would like delivery, but I don’t wanna pay a large delivery fee. What can I do?
If you would like to avoid paying a large delivery fee (starting at $20 for 25 minutes out and increasing with distance) ask your friends or family if they would like to place an order as well! We will also promote that we are coming to your area, but if we can get more orders, we can lower the delivery fee or in some situations waive it completely!
How long does candied fruit last?
Candied fruit is recommended to be eaten same day. Grapes are more durable due to their skin, so they can last multiple days or even up to a week in the freezer. Pineapples can last 48-72 hours if stored in the freezer. However, fruits like strawberries and kiwis and even the candied pickles will start melting within a few hours after being made.
What should I do when I come to pick up my order?
When you arrive to pick up your order, please refrain from knocking or coming to the door. Send us a message letting us know you have arrived and once we know you’re here we will bring your order out to you.
