From hobby baker to cake connoisseur since 2010, I whip up scrumptious cupcakes and treats from scratch, savoring every sweet moment with my loved ones. I'm a crafter by day and baker by night 'til morning. 🥰
Capabilities & Pricing
🧁 All cupcakes and cookies are a minimum order of one (1) dozen and sold by the dozen (12) only. Stuffed cookies are the only item with an exception, as they are a minimum of six (6) cookies per order,
✍️ Customized options are limited but available for your special birthday or celebration events. Check out the "Offerings" for custom cupcakes!
🧾Deposits are due within 24 hours after receiving an invoice. Orders with no deposit paid within this time frame will be cancelled. *See cancellation policy.
✅ Final payment is due one week before pick-up. Orders unpaid in full by this time frame will be cancelled. *See cancellation policy.
🚘 🏃♀️ All orders are PICK-UP only. All pick ups must be between the hours of 9am to 6pm. When placing an order, please provide your desired pick up time for your order. Pick up location will be sent once your order has been confirmed. We are located in Green Bay, WI.
Policies
How to place an order:
1.) Read the Capabilities and Pricings above to ensure you have reviewed the few policies and order minimums. Review the Cancellation Policy below. 2.) Select the "Availability" icon above to ensure your desired pick up date is open. Unavailable dates will be greyed out and unavailable for selection. 3.) Select the "Request Order" icon to place an order. 4.) Submit your order request. 5.) Orders will be reviewed within 24 to 48 hours. You will receive a response via email or text (depending on the information you provide). If your order is accepted, you will receive an invoice for payment. 6.) Count down to pick up your yummy treat!
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 72 hours or more before the scheduled date and time of order pick-up will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled date and time of order pick-up will result in a forfeiture of the required deposit. Deposits unpaid within 24 hours after receiving an invoice are subject to cancellation of order request by Shenna Bakes. Unpaid balances by one (1) week of order pick-up are subject to cancellation of order by Shenna Bakes. Any deposits or payments received before cancellation will follow the above cancellation time frames.
