We can generally accommodate small orders, with 24 hours notice. Custom cakes, cookies, cake pops, cupcakes should be ordered at least 10-14 days in advance.

Yes! All of our cookies (Biscoff excluded), cake pops, mini cakes, and cookie cakes can be gluten free. Everything is made in the same kitchen therefore we cannot guarantee that there is no risk of cross contamination but will do our best to ensure it.

We take food safety very seriously! We use real ingredients, and they are made from scratch so there are no preservatives, shelf stabilizers or artificial flavors. We use dairy and fruit in our fillings and frostings. After purchasing and picking up, we suggest that you allow them to sit at room temperature (away from direct heat or sunlight) for about 30 minutes to 1 hour to allow them to come to room temperature. This way you’ll be enjoying it in its ideal state.

Cancellations are only permitted when made at least 2 weeks prior to pick up date. Refunds are offered in accordance with your signed agreement. Deposits are not refundable.

The best way to begin the order for custom items, is to email us at ShellyBakesBakery@gmail.com and include details such as, what item(s) you are interested in ordering, the date you would need it for, what flavor(s) you would like (if applicable), how many, if there is a theme or color scheme, and any inspiration photos you may have for reference. From here, we will produce a quote for you and send it back to you in a timely manner.
