Buttercream Options
Types of Buttercream: American- most deliciously sweet, this buttercream is indulgent & typically used in cakes. Swiss- meringue based, less sweet of all options, decorates beautifully. Cream Cheese- tangy & creamy, pairs with any flavor! Mascarpone- almost has an ice cream/custard flavor. My personal favorite!
