What is your pricing structure?
I use Omni Calculator. I charge depending on what you want, hour spent working on the dessert/s, ingredient usage (how much I use), electricity I use etc.
How should I store my cake?
Fondant cakes should not be refrigerated before serving, as the fondant can sweat and melt
How long will the cake last?
Cakes and cupcakes can usually be stored at room temperature for several days.
How should I store leftovers?
Leftover cake can be stored in the refrigerator or frozen.
