By placing an order, you agree to all policies listed below.

ORDERING

• All orders must be placed through Bakesy

• No phone calls or DMs for orders

• Please allow 24–48 hours for a response

• Inspiration photos are welcome, but designs will not be copied exactly

• All creations are uniquely designed to match your theme

• If no flavor is selected, vanilla will be the default

PRICING

• Prices vary based on design and detail

• All listed prices are starting prices

LEAD TIME

• Custom cakes: 1 week notice required

• Treat orders: 1.5–2 weeks notice required

RUSH ORDERS

• Rush = orders needed within 24–48 hours

• A $50 rush fee will be added

PAYMENTS

• Orders under $100: paid in full at booking

• Orders $100+: 50% non-refundable deposit required within 24 hours

• No deposit = no order secured

FINAL PAYMENT

• Remaining balance is due the day before pickup or delivery

• Failure to pay will result in cancellation

• $25 fee required to reinstate an order

ORDER CHANGES

• No changes can be made after a deposit is sent

DELIVERY

• Delivery is available based on distance and availability

• Delivery rates vary depending on location and will be calculated at booking

• If using a courier (Uber, etc.), you are responsible for arranging it

• We are not responsible for third-party deliveries

PICKUP

• Pickup time must be scheduled in advance

• Same-day time changes are not allowed

• Please notify when you are on the way

• 15-minute grace period

• After 15 minutes: $25 late fee applies
