• Fresh, ready-to-eat salads (kept refrigerated)

• Naturally fermented items: kombucha, water kefir, sourdough starter

• Weekly small-batch items available on a rotating basis

• Select low carb, high protein, and high fiber baked goods available in limited offerings

Ordering & Payment:

• 50% deposit required on all orders over $20

• Remaining balance due at pickup or delivery

Pickup & Delivery:

• Local pickup available

• Local delivery available for $5

• Delivery is prepaid and scheduled in advance

• Items requiring refrigeration are prepared fresh, properly labeled, and sold directly to customers

• Availability may vary by season, weather, and order volume
