Second time customer. I’m still blown away. I wanted something very specific and unusual , a shumai–themed cake, and she not only embraced the idea, she made it come to life in the most incredible way. The cake had amazing detail and craftsmanship. It blew her Aunty, cousins and friends away. It was a show stopper. What really stood out to me (beyond the jaw-dropping cake itself) was how easy the entire ordering process was. She has such a smooth request process, very responsive, clear, and thoughtful with every detail. I felt like she truly cared about bringing my vision to life, and her talent and passion showed through from start to finish. There’s lots of bang for your buck, she makes sure the cake is packaged well, it gives me piece of mind. And of course, the cake wasn’t just a work of art — it tasted amazing too. I like that she offers Ube and Matcha. She has that rare combination of artistry and baking skill that makes her creations unforgettable. I’ll be buying from Shayna Sweets again.
