Homefront Baked. Mission Approved.
At Sergeant Cupcake Confections, all of our goodies are baked under Ohio’s Cottage Food Law—right from our home kitchen, not a commercial bakery. That means every treat is made fresh on the homefront, with precision, pride, and a whole lot of heart.
Ohio’s Cottage Food Law allows home-based bakers to craft non-refrigerated goods like cookies, cakes, and breads right from their own kitchens—no commercial kitchen or license required. This means every dessert you order is baked fresh with care in a clean, approved residential kitchen.
Per Ohio law, our packaging includes required labeling and a note that the item was “Made in a Home Kitchen.” We follow all state guidelines to ensure safety and transparency, so you can enjoy every bite with confidence!
Sergeant Cupcake Confections is a cottage food operation that is not subject to routine government food safety inspection.
