Hi!!!
I’m Nicole Sepesi, the woman behind the bread!!
I started baking at a very young age with my Grandmother. We used to make all kinds of goodies and baking together always brought me so much joy! I have been baking for friends and family ever since.
Fast forward to 2022 when I was gifted a sourdough starter from a co-worker and fell in love with baking bread! In 2024 I became a licensed cottage baker and opened my own Cottage Bakery, Sepesi’s Sourdough.
As a mom of 2 little ones (5 & 2) and a full time Pediatric ER nurse, I was looking for something for just me. Running this small business allows me to bake for my neighbors and their families, and has proven to be perfect for me!
The Sepesi’s Sourdough Bread Shed is open every SATURDAY AND SUNDAY! It is located at 119 Honeysuckle Lane, Milford NJ.
Pre-ordering is recommended!
