While we can offer some items without nuts, we are not a nut-free kitchen and cannot guarantee products are free from cross-contamination. Please message us with any specific allergen concerns.
Do you offer gluten-free or vegan options?
Yes, but we are actively working on expanding our selection. Options may be limited depending on the week, so feel free to message us to check availability or request a custom batch.
How long will my baked goods stay fresh?
Most items are best enjoyed within 2–3 days. Store cookies in an airtight container, and refrigerate or freeze cinnamon rolls and cobblers if not eaten within a day or two.

🐣 Do you sell fertilized eggs for hatching?
Yes! We offer fertilized eggs from specialty breeds. Our farm is NPIP certified, and we ensure eggs are collected fresh and stored properly for hatch success.

Absolutely — we offer local egg pickup by the dozen. Reach out to reserve yours ahead of time!
What kind of honey do you sell?
Our bees produce raw, unfiltered honey that varies slightly by season and bloom. It’s all harvested with care and minimal intervention.
What’s the difference between your vanilla extract and paste?
Our vanilla extract is slow-infused with spirits like vodka, bourbon, or rum, while our vanilla paste includes the full bean and seeds for a rich, robust flavor. Both are made with certified Grade A beans sourced from around the world.
Can I request a specific bean origin or spirit for vanilla extract and/or paste?
Yes! Offerings and price vary, but you’re welcome to request a specific country or alcohol base, and we’ll let you know what’s available.
How do I place an order?
You can order directly through Bakesy, or message us for custom and bulk orders.
💰 What are your payment terms?
We require a 50% deposit at the time of order, with the remaining balance due at pickup or delivery.
🚙 Do you deliver?
At this time, pickup is preferred. Limited local delivery may be available — just ask!
📦 Do you ship baked goods or extracts?
Not at the moment. We’re a cottage operation and follow SC cottage food laws, which currently limit us to local pickup.
Can I buy your recipes?
Yes! Select recipes are available for purchase for personal use. All recipes are copyright protected and not for resale or sharing.

Do you offer any discounts?
Yes, we proudly offer a 10% discount for Military and First Responders. Just ask!
❓Do you use bleached or unbleached flour ❓
We use only unbleached flour in all of our baked goods, whether it’s all-purpose, bread flour, or specialty blends.
❓ Why unbleached ❓
Unbleached flour is naturally aged, free from chemical treatments, and better for recipes that require strength and structure (like our cinnamon rolls and crumb cakes). It also retains more of its natural flavor and color, which aligns with our commitment to clean, high-quality ingredients.
While bleached flour may offer a slightly softer texture in some baked goods, we’ve found that unbleached flour delivers the perfect balance of flavor, texture, and performance. Also, if needed, we offset and add a unbleached bread flour mix which adds back in that softer texture without the additives.
