Policies
Terms And Conditions
Non-Refundable Retainer: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date. No order is placed on the calendar until the deposit is received.
Final Payment: The remaining balance is due 5 days before the scheduled pickup or delivery date.
Changes: Any changes to design, flavor, or size must be requested at least 7 days in advance. I will do our best to accommodate, but changes may result in additional fees.
Cancellations: If you cancel within 5 days of the event, the full balance is still owed, as ingredients and prep work have already begun.
