Policies
Why Sourdough?
Sourdough bread has a lower glycemic index than regular bread, so it doesn't raise blood sugar levels as quickly. It also doesn't mold as quickly as regular homemade bread because of the fermentation process. Sourdough bread is easy to digest, contains healthy bacteria, and has more vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants than other breads.
How To Store It
Store sourdough bread at room temperature in plastic wrap or zip lock bag for 4 to 5 days. Don't refrigerate it because the cold and dry environment will make it go stale faster.
