Ordering Policy

To ensure I have enough time to create your custom treats with the care and detail they deserve, I kindly ask that all orders follow the notice guidelines below:

• Decorated Sugar Cookies: Minimum of 3 days’ notice

• Custom Cakes: Minimum of 1 week’s notice

Orders placed with less notice may be subject to a rush fee or may not be able to be accommodated, depending on availability.

Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. This typically provides 1-3 day shipping depending on your location, but please note that delivery times are not guaranteed by USPS.

Once your order leaves my caring hands and enters the USPS system, I am no longer responsible for any delays, damages, or broken cookies that may occur during transit. I take great care in packaging your treats securely, but unfortunately, I cannot control how packages are handled once they leave my home.

I highly recommend ordering extra cookies to ensure you have enough for your event, just in case of any shipping mishaps.
