Welcome to all things SOURDOUGH!
For my whole life I’ve had an enthusiasm for baking and an appreciation for health. Recently I discovered sourdough and it literally unlocked a new level of baking and creativity for me, while also allowing me to create healthier alternatives for my family. Baking things for my family is a love language of mine, one that allows me to give them food & treats that I know are not full of preservatives, hormones, artificial sweeteners and artificial coloring. So join me in my dream kitchen as I discover and create new recipes each week. I’m finally ready to share them with you!
All items are handmade with either organic or local ingredients when available. Each sourdough bread loaf is created with my very own organic sourdough starter, then fermented for roughly 8 hours at room temperature, followed by an additional cold-proofing fermentation in the refrigerator for a minimum of 12 hours. This long fermentation process breaks down the gluten strands - making my sourdough bread much easier to digest than typical breads and obviously makes it taste absolutely delicious!
• All items require a 2 day lead time as sourdough is a multi-day process!
•Available to the Leesburg, Tavares, Eustis, Mount Dora, Umatilla areas for pick up.
