There will be a fee for last-minute orders. 3 days or less. ( Prices may vary).

Deposits are due within 48 hours after your order was received and confirmed. (This does not include last-minute orders).

Final payment due 2 weeks before pick-up date. (This does not include last-minute orders).

Once your cake is received and you have received your cake care instructions, Santina's Cakes By The Pound is not responsible for cake or any damage to cakes after it has left our location.

REFUNDS: Will only be issued if the product is returned. Not all sales will qualify for a refund. Images MUST BE SENT OF ANY ERRORS OR MISHAPS OF YOUR ORDER.

Mini cake sales are FINAL AND ARE NONREFUNDABLE.

A cancelation fee will be applied if your order is canceled 7 days before your orders due date. 30% will be held if materials have been purchased and prepared for your order.
