What if I need to cancel my order?
If your order needs to be canceled, please make me aware 1 week prior to the scheduled pickup/ delivery date, no refunds on deposits once the order has been approved.
Payments, deposits , and pickup/ delivery
Deposits due within 48 hrs of order approval, deposits are 50% of total order amount. Deposits are non refundable once the order has been approved.
The final payment is due 7 days before the scheduled pickup/ delivery date. If the final payment is not made for items, the order will be canceled.
If any pick up or delivery dates need changed, please let me know 72 hr ahead of time.
