** Please note that most items are sold by the dozen or the half dozen. When checking out, ensure you enter the correct quantity in the quantity section accordingly. **
** When filling out your request form, please provide as much detail as possible in your message. Specificity helps ensure a smooth process. Feel free to message me as many times as necessary to add details, be more specific, or make changes. Clear communication is key to getting things right. - Please note that all deposits are non-refundable regardless of the circumstances, including event cancellation, rescheduling, or personal reasons. However, if you need to reschedule your event more than five days prior, please get in touch with me, and I'll do my best to accommodate your new date. You will need to pay 50% of the total amount at the time of placing the order and the remaining 50% at the time of pickup / drop off.
- Orders placed within five days or less will incur an additional fee of $10.00.
- I offer the option to individually wrap items for an additional $7 fee. If you'd like this service, please let me know during the checkout process.
- I do NOT provide set up services.
- Delivery is available for an additional fee depending on where the order is going to.

Weekday Orders
For weekday orders, please arrange to pick them up the night before.

Care And Handling
We are not responsible for any damage to the cake after pick-up or after setup is complete. The client is responsible for providing an appropriate and secure table and environment for the treats. Treats shouldn’t be in direct sunlight for too long. The chocolate will start to melt. I suggest keeping treats in a shaded area. If this is not possible, I suggest putting treats out no more than 20 minutes before event.
Communication
All communication about the order will be done in writing only. Communicating via text message or email is a great way to ensure clarity and have a written record of important details. It can help avoid misunderstandings and provide a reference point for future conversations.
