I founded Salt & Fern Bakehaus in 2024. I've been baking for well over a decade and have been on my sourdough journey for four years now!
My Bachelors of Science in Food Systems encouraged my passion for sustainability and reconnecting people with their food from the soil to the plate.
Many of my ingredients come from my backyard garden - my goal is to build a food forest someday! I am looking to build a partnership with a local mill to create unique doughs and grow my community connections as much as possible.
