I require two weeks’ notice to fulfill an order for cakes or hand decorated sugar cookies (for weddings and special events one month notice is preferable), but please keep in mind I am often booked several months in advance. Drop cookies, brownies, etc, I require one weeks' notice to fulfill an order. *If I am able to fit you in and do a rush order there will be a rush order fee of $50*

Each hand decorated sugar cookie is individually heat sealed and will stay fresh for up to two weeks.

We all know life happens! If your order is cancelled at least 14 days prior to pickup date, a refund will be issued, minus a $25 cancellation fee. Unfortunately, cancellations made with less than 13 days or less notice are NOT refundable. I am a small baking business, which means work has already been invested and supplies already purchased.

Most orders will require pick up in Medford, Oregon. A delivery fee will be added if delivery is needed and it is up to Saged with Sugars discretion of where we deliver to.
