I require at least a 2-3 week notice when booking custom orders. The earlier, the better. This allows time to order & receive any materials needed to create your order. ANY ORDER NEEDED WITHIN 7 DAYS OF THE ORDER DATE WILL REQUIRE A RUSH FEE IF I HAVE THE AVAILABILITY. When inquiring please send theme/colors, ideas, & desired pick up date & time. Deposits are 50% of your total to secure your order & are NONREFUNDABLE!! NO DEPOSIT NO ORDER!! Your remaining balance is due 7 days prior to your pick up date. An invoice will be sent out at the time of booking & deposits are due 24 hours upon receipt of your invoice. Any invoice left unpaid after 24 hours will be deleted. There will be $5 fee charged to resend an invoice after it has expired. Thank you again for your continued support!
