Hey now! My name is Mercedes, I am a wife and mother with a love of baking. So after 15 years in healthcare I decided its time to make a business out of my love for baking. The name in part (Sadie) comes from a childhood nickname given to me by my Dad. I guess calling a toddler by such a large name was a bit much. Hahaha. I’m a California native and have been living in the Greater Palm Springs area since 1995. I get my artist skills from my beautiful Mama, so I decided to put my love of baking and artsy abilities together to I create custom sugar cookies. Yes, I do ship in California ONLY. IMPORTANT NOTICE: Shipping & Handling : While I bubble wrap each cookie individually, pad the shipping box inside and have not had any issues thus far I cannot grantee some or all cookies won’t arrive damaged. There are no refunds but if many are lost contact me via email and I will see if I can accommodate the loss in someway but there are no grantees and shipping is at the customers own risk.

We deliver locally only. Palm Springs to Indio $10 Desert Hot Springs and Coachella $20 Pick Up is available at No Charge. Late Fee(s) of $15 applies to every order that is not picked up and able to be received by delivery within 10 minutes without prior notice. In must cases a two week lead time is required. However we may be able to accommodate an short notice order depending on the size of the order. Expedited fee(s) applies. For example, charges of 10-15% for 6 days' notice, 20% for 5 days, 25% for 4 days, and 30% for 3 days. These charges apply to the total amount of your order.

Terms and Conditions: 1. Purchases: All purchases require a 50% minimum of the total purchase price which must be paid within 5 days of receiving quote in order to secure your order on the calendar. The remaining balance(s) must be made 2 days (48 hours) before delivery/pick up. You are welcome to pay the full balance at the time you place the order if you choose. No order(s) will be confirmed without at least the initial 50% non refundable deposit. Thank you. 2. Cancellations, Refunds and Exchanges: All cancellations must be made no less than 5 days before delivery/pick up with the 50% non refundable deposit automatically forfeited.
