Deposits due at time of booking to secure your date. In case of cancellation, deposits are NON-refundable. Final payment due 48 hours before pick up or delivery. If cancellation is made within 48 hours of event, final payment will be non-refundable. DELIVERY fee is 50 cents per mile driven. I will send an additional invoice for this once I have your venue location. For wedding cakes, quinceanera cakes, and other large orders, changes can be made until 2 weeks before the event. After that, changes will not be permitted. Baker is not responsible for damages to your order that take place after the order has been picked up or delivered. As the baker and decorator, I reserve the right to make changes to the design as I feel necessary. I will always apply my customers inspiration and preferences but I will not 100% copy someone else’s work. I believe that this takes my artistry vision and creativity away from me. Please specify in each order the aspects of the cake that are most important to you. I do not offer edible images. By placing an order with me, you, the customer, are agreeing to these terms and conditions. As the baker, I promise to provide quality and love in each order made with me. I am always willing to work with my customers to provide the best outcome possible for all parties involved.
