Delivery Fee
• Delivery starts at $5 for local orders (within 0–5 miles).
• For locations beyond 5 miles, delivery is charged at $1.50 per mile, calculated from zip code 75052.
• The final delivery fee will be included in your invoice.

Important Information
• Delivery fees are based on distance and time.
• Please double-check your invoice before submitting payment to ensure the correct delivery address is listed.
• Saavi’s Sweets will deliver your order at the agreed-upon time.
• If you need to update the delivery time or address, please notify us at least one week in advance. Additional fees may apply.
• When multiple deliveries are scheduled, Saavi’s Sweets may request to deliver your order 30–45 minutes earlier to ensure on-time delivery for all clients.
• Delivery time will be confirmed 24–48 hours before your event.
• All delivery orders must be paid in full one week prior to the delivery date. Orders with unpaid balances will not be delivered.

Delivery Options
1. Handoff Delivery
• Saavi’s Sweets will hand off your order at the door or event table.
• The client is responsible for unboxing and displaying their own order.
2. Delivery with Setup
• Saavi’s Sweets will deliver your order to your event table and complete setup.
• Large orders such as weddings or quinceañeras will automatically include setup.
• Please have your table and display materials ready before our arrival.
• No refunds will be provided if setup cannot be completed due to an unprepared space.
For Setup Deliveries:
• It is recommended that delivery is scheduled 1.5 to 2 hours before your event.
• A box for leftovers will be provided, along with serving instructions.
Pickup Do’s & Don’ts
✅ DO:
• Arrive in a fully air-conditioned vehicle
• Place your order on the floor or cargo area of the vehicle
• Clear out your vehicle space and have your door open upon arrival
• Drive cautiously to avoid damaging your order
❌ DO NOT:
• Place orders on a seat or someone’s lap
• Place orders in the trunk
• Leave your order in the car while running errands (grocery store, mall, etc.)
• Leave your order in a vehicle without A/C for extended periods

Late Pickup Policy
• A 15-minute grace period is allowed after your scheduled pickup time.
• After this window, you have two options:
1. Self Pickup (Unattended):
• Your order will be placed on a shelf outside for self-collection.
• You will be responsible for loading and transporting your order.
• Saavi’s Sweets is not liable for any damage resulting from self-pickup.
2. Late Pickup with Fee (If Available):
If a team member is available, you may still pick up your order with the following late fee (paid via Zelle or Apple Pay before your order is released):
• 0–10 minutes late: $15
• 11–20 minutes late: $30
• 21–45 minutes late: $45
• 46–60 minutes late: $60
Pickups later than 1 hour past your scheduled time are not available.

Additional Notes:
• In extreme situations, accommodations may be considered but are not guaranteed.
• Orders not picked up on the scheduled day will be donated at the client’s expense.
• Saavi’s Sweets does not store or hold cakes past the scheduled pickup date.
Cancellations / Refunds
• Retainer fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• If the client chooses to cancel their order, the retainer will not be refunded.
• Retainer fees cannot be applied to future dates. If the client wishes to reschedule, a new 50% retainer is required for the new event date.
• Refunds will ONLY be issued if Saavi’s Sweets fails to produce the order in full.
• Refunds will not be granted due to misunderstandings, misinterpretations, or failure to read the contract.
• Taste is subjective. Refunds will not be given if the client does not like the taste of the product.
• Exact colors are not guaranteed. Saavi’s Sweets will do its best to match your theme, but slight variations may occur. Refunds will not be issued for color discrepancies.
• If the client refuses the product at pickup or delivery, no refund will be given unless the product is completely damaged due to an error by Saavi’s Sweets.
• If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 14 business days after the event date.
How far in advance should I place my order?
We recommend placing your order 3–4 weeks in advance, especially for custom cakes or large events. Dates fill up fast and are reserved on a first-paid basis.
Can I make changes to my order after booking?
Changes (such as theme, color, or flavor) must be made at least 2 weeks before your event date. Changes are subject to approval and may result in a price adjustment.
Do you ship your treats?
At this time, we do not offer nationwide shipping. Pickup and local delivery are available within the DFW area.
Do you offer allergy-friendly or dietary-restricted options?
Saavi’s Sweets is not a certified allergen-free kitchen. While we do our best to accommodate requests (such as nut-free or dairy-free), we cannot guarantee cross-contamination will not occur.
Do you offer last-minute orders?
If space allows, we accept rush orders with full payment required upfront. A rush fee may apply.
