We encourage customers to communicate any dietary restrictions, flavor sensitivities, or preferences before ordering so we can help guide you toward the best options.

♡Order Accuracy & Quality Concerns

If you believe there is a mistake with your order or a concern regarding product quality (e.g., wrong item, missing items, or something that doesn't meet our standards), please notify us within 24 hours of pickup or delivery. We may request photos or a return of the product in question to evaluate the issue.

♡Order Accuracy & Quality Concerns If an error was made on our end, we will gladly make it right through one of the following: Store credit

• Partial or full replacement of the product

• A discount on a future order Please note that once a product has been consumed (in full or majority), we are unable to verify the concern, and store credit or replacements may not be offered.

♡Pickup & Delivery Responsibility

Once an order leaves our hands-whether picked up or delivered-we are not responsible for any damages that occur in transit, due to improper storage, handling, or environmental conditions (e.g., heat exposure, dropping the item, etc.).
