When you place your order you will choose which date you’d like to pick up. You can come anytime between 3p-6p on your selected pickup day.
When you arrive, your order will be on the porch with your name on it. If you have any problems finding your order, please don’t hesitate to text/message and ask for help. :)
What is the pick-up location?
Pickups are in Oregon City. Address will be sent after your order is confirmed and deposit is paid.
Why Sourdough?
Sourdough breads have significant health benefits over traditional commercial yeast breads. Due to the fermentation process Sourdough:

✅ helps support digestion
✅ is full of probiotics
Not only that, our base recipe is water, flour, salt. That’s it! 3 ingredients!
Bread care + reheat instructions
Homemade sourdough is made fresh without preservatives and will taste best when enjoyed within a day or two of baking. With proper storage it can last even longer!
⏲️On the Counter: Store your bread in the bag it came in for 3-5 days in a dark, cool spot on your counter or in your pantry. You can also use a kitchen tea towel, beeswax wrap, a linen bread bag, or a bread box.
❄️Freezing: Slice before freezing for easier use later. Place parchment paper between each slice, then wrap tightly in aluminum foil or plastic wrap. Store in a freezer safe bag. Thaw at room temp or toast from frozen when youre ready to eat! Whole loaves can also be frozen. When you want to use it, thaw at room temperature. Run the whole loaf under water for 10 seconds and put in preheated oven (350-400 degrees) for 10-15 minutes.
❌AVOID REFRIGERATION...this can cause your bread to dry out and go stale prematurely.
