PLEASE READ ENTIRELY BEFORE BOOKING A DEPOSIT MEAN YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS! Royale Dessert policy

50% Non-Refundable/Non-Transferable

Retainer fee of entire order is required to secure date on orders. A new retainer MUST be made in order to book a new date! It is understood that your retainer holds that date & NO OTHER DATE!

ALL final balances are due the day before or the WEEK OF pick up date if balance isn’t paid then the order will NOT be fulfilled.

ALL last-minute orders placed the week of Delivery date are required to PAY IN FULL at the time of booking no matter the amount & are subject to a RUSH CHARGE FEE of an added $25-$80 of total balance due. There is a strict NO REFUND POLICY (unless I agree the fault is mine). It is understood that if you give me creative freedom & you are NOT satisfied with the end result......NO REFUND will be given.

Once the order has left the premises or baker has delivered the treats to the venue, baker is NOT responsible for ANY issues that occur( to include temp changes inside/outside).

The only person I will converse with & make ANY changes to an order will be the person who contacted me & is in charge of payment. Quotes are valid for 24 Hours.

Invoices are valid for 24 hours. All unpaid invoices will be canceled, & a new price quote will be sent, unless previously discussed and placed in writing.

Once the deposit is PAID, It confirms I READ AND UNDERSTAND THE TERMS LISTED ABOVE.

Dipped Strawberry: Keeping chocolate covered strawberries at room temperature is actually the most preferable way to store them, you shouldn’t use this method unless you want to eat your chocolate covered strawberries within 24 hours. Refrigerate if not eaten the day of !

PICK UP:

Keep in mind that Cakes and Treats are very fragile and damages can happen if not handle properly we are not responsible for any damage!

PICK UP: Once we discussed a pick up time & you have selected the pick up time if you are late there will be a fee add of 10$

Refunds: IF YOU ARE UNHAPPY WITH YOUR CAKE / TREATS THEY MUST BE RETURNED ! DOSES NOT MATTER IF ITS BEEN CUT OR OPEN !YOU WILL RECEIVE HALF OF YOUR MONEY BACK OR A CREDIT NO CAKE NO REFUND!

Date Change: 2-3 week request must accommodate with my schedule and availability!!
