Picking up your cake/order is a great way to save money. If you choose to pick up your cake, you should ensure that you have a clean, flat surface to set cake on while driving. The floor of any car or truck is the best location place your cake. No one should be holding your cake; your cake should not be in the trunk or in the seat of your vehicle. While driving please refrain from speeding, sudden stops, or sharp turns. Once you leave with the cake, it is no longer the responsibility of RosieTreatsBakery. Once you leave with your order, there are no refunds given and no changes can be made. Pick up times are as scheduled. Though we understand unexpected traffic and events can occur that may delay in your arrival, we please ask that you notify us as soon as possible so that proper arrangements are made. Failure to arrive on time or communicate will result in you potentially not getting your order on the date or time needed

All orders placed through our online store are final and no refund will be given. RosieTreatsBakery cannot be held responsible if the customer does not read all given information before placing their order. In the event of a mix up with your order, at the discretion of RosieTreatsBakery, a credit may be given to you. All credits must be redeemed within a year before expiring. RosieTreatsBakery is a home-based bakery operating under the Tennessee Food Freedom Act. All of our menu items are prepared in a home kitchen not inspected by the Health Department.

Yes we can! Delivery is for Nashville and surrounding areas. Contact us to see if we deliver to you if you are outside of Davidson county like Murfreesboro or even Shelby county. We will need the delivery address and desired day/time with every order placed. Delivery does come with a fee that can range over $10+ based on mileage for every big or small order. For all custom cakes- delivery fees Start at $25 and must be requested when initially ordering. Delivery fee does go up if requested the day of your event.

Yes, we do ship to all 50 states nationwide. However, shippable products are limited to cookies and cake jars (fall/winter months only).

Here at RosieTreatsBakery, we strive to give exceptional service along with a great order. Any refund given for disputes regarding a cake/dessert is completely at the discretion of RosieTreatsBakery and are never automatic. All items picked up or delivered to customer will be shown to customer upon arrival, who then has the opportunity to discuss any comments or concerns with us immediately. Full refunds will never be given for any order and RosieTreatsBakery will retain a minimum of 35% of the price of order to cover costs incurred to initiate your order should any disputes arise. Leaving with your order or consumption of it is viewed as the customer’s satisfaction with order. Once you leave with your order, no refunds are given, and no changes can be made. In the event that something occurs to affect your scheduled event date or time, please contact us immediately to discuss options and availability.

Yes! Almost all of our classic desserts can be made using vegan ingredients like almond milk, vegan cream cheese, vegetable oil, white vinegar, etc. Please note, RosieTreatsBakery is NOT a dairy or nut free bakery, and we bake with a high volume of those ingredients in our kitchen. Although we are incredibly careful when it comes to preventing cross contamination, we strongly caution individuals with such allergies or dietary restrictions when purchasing our desserts. BEFORE placing your order, please note on inquiry form if anyone in your party has a food allergy or restriction.
