( 📣 At this time we only offer pick up or uber package will be available but must be ordered by client!! we will not be responsible for the condition of treats/cakes once it is out of our hands‼️) We have reserved time specifically for you and your needs. Once you receive your invoice it must be paid within a hour after receiving it. Orders totaling to $150 or less must be paid in full! (Non refundable) half of order total is due for orders over $150. If remaining balance is not paid by assigned due date, order is subject to $20 late fee or cancellation and deposit will not be refunded. Any orders placed less than a week notice full payment will be due. Orders are not finalized until payment has been made. All orders are final sale and non-refundable. In the event of cancellation a 1 time date change/ credit can be issued. Customer Must adhere to scheduled pick up/delivery time. Orders not picked up on scheduled date/time will be forfeited and no refund will be provided. A $15 fee will be applied if changes are applicable Such as date, custom details of your order etc. and must be made within 4 days before the order date. All party packages/custom orders placed less than a 2 week notice will include an additional $20 rush fee. Once your order is picked up/ delivered we are not responsible for any damages that may occur during transport or handling. Please ensure you store the items properly to maintain their quality.
