We recommend placing your order at least 2 weeks in advance—especially for custom cakes. The earlier, the better!
Do you require a deposit?
Yes, a 50% deposit is required to reserve your order. The deposit is refundable up to 7 days before your order is due. Your order isn’t confirmed until the deposit is received. The remaining balance is due 1 day before pickup/delivery.
What types of cakes do you make?
I offer a variety of cakes and sweets including celebration cakes, cake pops, and cupcakes. Popular flavors include signature vanilla or my personal favorite—Earl Grey Lavender, but I’m always happy to chat about special requests!
Can you accommodate allergies or dietary restrictions?
I do my best to accommodate certain needs, like nut-free or dairy-free cakes, but please note that my kitchen is not allergen-free. Cakes may come into contact with common allergens like dairy, eggs, nuts, soy, and wheat.
How do I transport my cake safely?
Keep your cake on a flat surface in your vehicle (like the trunk or floorboard) and drive carefully, especially around turns. Avoid direct sunlight or heat, and follow any storage instructions I provide when you pick it up.
Do you deliver?
Yes! Local delivery is available within 20 miles for an additional fee. Delivery times are scheduled in advance and I’ll always do my best to arrive on time.
What happens if I need to cancel my order?
Cancellations made at least 7 days before pickup may receive a full refund. Cancellations made at least 5 days before pickup may receive a partial refund (minus the deposit). If the cancellation is made closer to the date, the full payment may still be required, as ingredients and time are already invested.
Will my cake look exactly like the reference photo?
I do my best to match inspiration photos, but because each cake is handmade, there may be slight variations in color, design, or layout. I promise it’ll be beautiful and delicious!
Do you post pictures of the cakes you make?
Yes, I love sharing my work! I usually take a photo before pickup and post it to social media. If you’d prefer your cake not be shared, just let me know.
