By placing an order, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Orders & Payments

All orders require at least 5–7 days’ notice (more for large or custom orders).

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your order.

No order will be started until the deposit is received.

The remaining balance is due at pickup or prior to delivery.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

Orders canceled 72 hours or more in advance may have the deposit applied to a future order.

Orders canceled within 72 hours of pickup will forfeit the deposit.

No refunds will be issued after an order is picked up or delivered.

3. Designs & Customization

We aim to closely match inspiration photos, but do not copy exact designs from other bakers.

Colors, textures, and decorations may vary due to the handmade nature of our products.

4. Allergies & Ingredients

All products are made in a home kitchen that handles dairy, eggs, gluten, soy, peanuts, and tree nuts.

We take precautions, but cannot guarantee any product is allergen-free.

It is the customer’s responsibility to inform guests of allergy risks.

5. Pickup & Delivery

Customers must pick up orders at the agreed-upon time.

Once the product leaves Rosa’s Cake Couture, we are not responsible for damage during transport or handling.

Local delivery may be available for an additional fee (based on availability).

6. Photographs & Promotion

Rosa’s Cake Couture may photograph your order and use the images for social media and promotional purposes.

If you prefer your order not be shared, please notify us in advance.

7. Waiver of Liability

By placing an order, you agree to hold Rosa’s Cake Couture harmless for the following:

Any allergic reactions to ingredients

Damage to the cake once it has been picked up or delivered

Miscommunication unless clearly documented in writing

By paying the deposit or confirming an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
